1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & ENTITY DISCLOSURE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement entered into by and between You and SevenWu LLC, doing business as SevenWays ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website at sevenways.ai and any associated AI itinerary generation services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SevenWays provides an artificial intelligence-driven platform designed to help users generate, plan, and optimize travel itineraries. The Service aggregates data, applies routing algorithms, and provides recommendations for informational and planning purposes only.

3. NOT A SELLER OF TRAVEL OR MERCHANT OF RECORD

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that SevenWays is a software and informational platform, NOT a travel agency, travel agent, tour operator, or Merchant of Record.

• We do not sell, provide, own, or manage any travel accommodations, flights, transportation, or tours.
• We do not collect or hold any user funds for the purpose of purchasing travel services.
• Any bookings or purchases made as a result of using our Service are conducted entirely through third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotel chains, booking aggregators). We are not liable for any cancellations, overbookings, delays, or disputes arising from those third-party transactions.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARKS

The Service, including its core algorithms, original code, UI/UX design, and generated text, are the exclusive property of SevenWu LLC. "SevenWays™" and all related logos and product names are trademarks of SevenWu LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business planning purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially resell our proprietary data or AI models.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, booking engines, or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We may earn an affiliate commission when you click on certain links or make a purchase through those third-party sites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

6. USER CONDUCT & API FAIR USE

You agree not to use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service. Automated scraping, aggressive API polling, or any behavior that artificially overloads our AI infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate IP ban and account termination without notice.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (INCLUDING AI HALLUCINATIONS)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. While we strive to provide excellent routing and recommendations, the Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence models which may occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or nonsensical information ("hallucinations"). We do not warrant the accuracy of business hours, travel times, transit routes, or venue status. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all critical travel information before your trip.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEVENWU LLC, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Mateo County, California, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
