1. INTRODUCTION

SevenWu LLC, doing business as SevenWays ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website sevenways.ai (the "Service") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. It also explains, in the Cookies sections below, how we use cookies and similar technologies.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve our AI-driven routing and travel planning services:

  • Personal Information: When you register for an account or subscribe to our premium tools, we may collect your name and email address.
  • Travel & Prompt Data: Information you input into our AI engines, such as travel dates, destination preferences, budgets, and specific routing requests.
  • Payment Information: If you purchase a SaaS subscription, your payment details are processed directly by our secure third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data & Cookies: IP addresses, browser types, and standard web analytics collected automatically through cookies to keep you logged in and understand how our Service is used. See the Cookies sections below for the specific cookies we use and how to manage them.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate personalized travel itineraries using Artificial Intelligence.
  • Maintain, operate, and improve the performance of our Service.
  • Process your subscription payments securely via Stripe.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data in the following necessary circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with infrastructure partners, such as hosting providers, payment processors (Stripe), and third-party AI/LLM API providers used to generate your itineraries.
  • Affiliate Partners: If you click on an external link to book a flight or hotel, you are redirected to our third-party affiliate partners. We do not transfer your personal identity to them; however, any data you provide on their websites is governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & BOOKINGS

Our Service acts as an informational routing engine and contains links to third-party travel providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data collection, or security of these external sites once you leave sevenways.ai.

6. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and request that we delete it. As a strict policy, SevenWu LLC does not "sell" personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To submit a data deletion request, please contact us at the email provided below.

7. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data transmitted to our Service.

8. COOKIES — OVERVIEW

The sections below explain how we use cookies and similar technologies on the Service. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Service cannot function without them; all other (non-essential) cookies are off until you allow them via the consent banner, and you can change that choice at any time.

9. WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use a similar browser technology, "localStorage," to remember your preferences. We group what we use into the categories below.

10. STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES (ALWAYS ON)

These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off; they do not require consent.

  • Authentication: Set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you securely signed in across pages. Clearing them signs you out.
  • Preferences: A "locale" and a "currency" value remember your chosen language and display currency so the Service renders consistently.
  • Consent: A "cookie_consent" cookie records your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every visit.
  • Payments & fraud prevention: During checkout, our payment processor (Stripe) sets cookies used for secure payment processing and fraud prevention. We never store your raw card details.

11. ANALYTICS COOKIES (OPTIONAL — OFF BY DEFAULT)

With your consent, we use privacy-friendly product analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand which pages are used and how the Service performs, so we can improve it. This is disabled until you accept it via the consent banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time. It is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cookies to track you across other websites.

12. COOKIES WE DON'T USE

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data or share it with cross-site advertising networks. We do not run third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES THAT SET COOKIES

Some cookies are set by the service providers that operate the platform on our behalf:

  • Supabase — authentication and session management (strictly necessary).
  • Stripe — secure payment processing and fraud prevention during checkout (necessary for purchases).
  • Vercel — hosting and, with your consent, privacy-friendly Web Analytics.

14. MANAGING YOUR COOKIE CHOICES

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie preferences" button on this Privacy Policy page, which reopens the consent banner. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or completing a booking. The Service remains fully usable with non-essential cookies declined.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
